Classic fish and chips

I have not stepped into Fish & Co for the past year and didn't realise that they have new items on the menu now and even under fish and chips, there are so many different kinds, New York Fish and chips, Artic Fish and chips, even Singapore fish and chips etc. I guess I really havent been here for too long, which is why I don't remember seeing these in the past.Still, I went for their good old "The Best Fish & Chips in Town" which consist of deep fried fish, fries with their lemon butter sauce. Still, I went for their good old "The Best Fish & Chips in Town" which consist of deep fried fish, fries with their lemon butter sauce. The batter is really crispy, I can hear the crunch as I bite into the fish. Also, I love the soft and flaky fish fillet which is very fresh tasting and sweet. The lemon butter sauce is also quite alright, it helps to add more dimension of flavours to the fish.
