Antoinette is no stranger to Singapore social media media and many food reviews. The owner, Chef Pang Kok Keong has started this business at the right time and earned its name with an unique class of its own. The interior decoration and also the furniture such as the chairs, tables and cutlery are at the high-end side. The cutlery and napkins are labelled with the classic gold letter “A”. The serving staff were well-dressed and polite manners. Every bits of the restaurant brings out the feeling
Overall dinner was pleasant with quiet surrounding at Palais Renaissance. It was a good decision to have dinner at this branch as no many people in the restaurant. I think partly due to the location is further away from the Orchard mrt station. Customers would prefer to go to Mandarin Gallery branch instead as the location is near to a MRT station.
