Although the texture is al dente, but I still feel the innards is not thoroughly cleaned enough as it still tastes a bit powdery. I cannot taste herb in the herbal soup, taste more like dark soya sauce to me. So overall it is more like a generous serving of pig intestines braised in a soy-based sauce.

I also order a serving of preserved vegetable for $1.00, which is quite as it is not salty and quite soft.
