I like Sakae's yusheng as being a Japanese chain restaurant, the raw salmon slices used are fresh unlike some Chinese tze char restaurants out there. They also do delivery services with a minimal purchase but my parents picked them up themselves that day. The shredded vegetables are fresh too. However we only used half the amount of sweet plum sauce given as we were afraid that the salad might turn out too sweet.
