Instead of ordering their seems to be popular stingray, I decided to order a plate of see-hum (aka cockles). Though the portion is quite small at a price of $5, but I was happy when my dish was served. There's a free packet of tissue and a small bowl of water to clean your hands after the cockle mess. I didn't see any stall having this kind of extra service, so I was quite surprise with it. Anyway the cockles was cooked 100% (as told to the uncle) and it doesnt have any foul smell which suggest it as un-fresh. The chili is a bomb, by adding the lime it goes very well with the cockles meat. Who knows something so simple can be a delicacy too?
