Ok... I've heard so much about this collagen steamboat from various sources ( thanks to social media ) and end of last month, i finally get to plan a visit! It's advisable to go and queue earlier. My friend and i only managed to reach at 4.45pm and the queue already reached Soup Spoon. Guess what?!?! When they were doing the head count and guding customers into the restaurant, the couple in front of us turns out to be the last customers for the first batch. We ended up in the second batch which will start around 6.30pm. Oh well.... We went to walk around after leaving our name and contact number.

Now go straight to the food! It arrived in the pot with something that looks like pudding. That's actually the good stuff and it will melt once you on the heat. For $25 per pax, you will get a standard set of ingredients and just top up accordingly if you want any extra portion.

Ingredients are fresh and very flavorful broth but it does get a bit salty towards the end. Otherwise it's all good and i enjoyed it very much. End the meal with this cutely decorated dessert!
