Swensen restaurant is one of the restaurant that satisfy western meal cravings in Bukit Panjang Plaza. I ordered a Pesto Salmon which is awarded as a healthier choice. The salmon was little overcooked, leaving the meal rather dry. However, accompanied with the creamy pesto sauce, it was still platable. The mash potato was smooth, just too salty.
