If you are a fan of black pepper dishes, The Mangolian Spare Ribs is highly recommended for you. The pork ribs were deep fried until the meat remains tender while the fats attached turned crispy. Nicely covered with the mild spicy, tangy and full of black pepper fragrance sauce, it is a very appetising dish to have with lots of rice. One might think that the Wheatgrass tofu will have a 'grassy' taste thus not tasty but no no! There is actually no wheatgrass taste at all despite the green appearance. The taste and texture is just like the common deep fried egg tofu (but do not have as much egg taste)-. The block of tofu was serves in a tasty gravy with broccoli, snow peas, and seafood bits. A very special dish! There is really plenty of gravy so order more rice to enjoy them~! Yummms~
