Tried the fried bee hoon at this stall located at Choa Chua Kang MRT station. Great location! I like bee hoon that are white and not the brown kind as it feels healthier. Huge portion of bee hoon! Even though the ingredients in the bee hoon were not fantastic, there were lots of it in them. I ordered a fish fillet and some brinjals to go along with my bee hoon. Brinjal was soft but quite oily.
