Cove Stadium MenuOur party of 3 ordered individual mains but we did get the Grilled Baby Octopus Salad ($22) to share. The Mesclun was served cool and crisp and the Roma tomato slices were plump, sweet and juicy. The highlight of the salad was still the baby octopus - it was pleasantly chewy, without being rubbery and had an incredible unami taste with just a hint of char-grill flavor.
Cove Stadium Grilled Baby OctopusThe main I ordered is a traditional American food, the Pulled Pork Burger ($28). According to the menu, the pulled pork was made by grilling the pork shoulder for 6 hours with a special Chipotle BBQ sauce. I'm no expert in cooking, but eating I can do... The result was smoky, juicy, and tender pulled pork. It was slightly spicy and I could spot chili seeds embedded within. To complete the meal, the burger was dished up with sides of truffle fries and Mesclun greens.
