Buying crab dinner for some ‘ang mo’ friends from Perth.We ordered Fried Sea bass, crispy fried whole fish was flavorful but the fish meat is abit tough. Kung Pow Scallop, sweet, spicy and sour sauces coats every pieces of fresh chewy scallop topped with crunchy cashew nuts, delicious.Braised tofu and Stir Fried Broccoli was alright tasting. I start to drool just by looking and smelling this dish - Chili Crab, big succulent crabs cooked in hot red tomato chili paste, tangy and sweet with mild chili taste crabs not only impresses me it got my guests licking their fingers too.
