I met up with a former colleague for lunch yesterday. We went to Nexx and since she always visits that mall, I asked her where we can eat. She suggested The Ship for the Western restaurant has really good lunch deals.And she was right. The usual ala carte dishes cost $15 above. But for the lunch sets, most of them are less than $20. Since this was already soup, I didn't get the mushroom soup of the day with bread. But it was OK, because what I got was a big bowl of creamy fish soup good enough for 2 pax. The crispy fried fish was served separately so it maintains its crispiness. The soup was hot and creamy, and had generous noodles and other ingredients. The fish was crispy and it really complemented the soup. =D I enjoyed this dish.
