The menu is in the for of a newspaper and every table has a few sets of it. Pot luck emphasizes on self-service, thus there is NO SERVICE charge and the only service they provide you with is by sending you the food you ordered. Payment is made at the same time as you order from the counter.

There is free flow drink and rice, provided that you pay $2.80 (no sharing) for drinks and $1.50 for rice. I must emphasize that patrons should not abuse such a wonderful service in trusting us not to take more than we can eat or drink. The way they decorate the self-service station makes me volunteer to want to go and get my own stuff over and over again! *grins*

Pot luck, as the name suggests, is where you can order lots of different types of food that is similar to Zi Char at only $7.90. Please DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the photos that they've show in the menu. I thought it was quite a huge portion BUT NOOOO.. it's so little. Anyway I ordered tofu, and it's delicious, I can just eat this way without rice.

My mummy ordered Ee-mian costing $7.90 as well. It was quite plain, just an egg yolk in it. So we ordered chicken.

This chicken cost about $5.90, and if you come during tea-time, you can get free flow drinks/rice and an appetiser for $4.90. Top up $1 and you get salmon. It's extremely worth it, isn't it?

The chilli ran out quite quickly, it's TOM YUM chilli *hooray*! If you're a true blue Singaporean, do come and try Potluck at IMM! It's not very crowded too!
