Even though the chicken cutlets here are not as big as those in Taiwan, but the taste of it is as good as there. The outcome is really crispy crust on the outside and juicy, tender meat is done after the deep fry. If you like the spicy version, do request from the staff to add in the chilli powder to it as their chilli powder is fragrant and at the same time very spicy too. Long satay sticks are used to pick up the chicken cutlets which is easy to eat and cost saving for the stall as well.
