Back at Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert again. This time, I'm here with 2 colleagues for late lunch after doing month-end closing at work. Didn't eat alot cos we're attending company's Lunar 7th month dinner later in the evening. Fried Fish Skin is super crispy & the sauce on top of it is sweet. Would be nice if there's more sauce. They also add on some floss on it. Braised Beef Noodle. Noodles very springy & beef is very tender. Radish is also very soft.Spring Roll with Prawn, Salted Egg & Century
