The carrot cakes are more fragrant than other stalls as I believe is the generous amount of preserved carrot cubes in it. The carrot cake is soft and moist, not too hard and really compact. The beaten eggs used in it is generous too which make every piece of the carrot cakes coated with the beaten eggs which make it really fragrant and slightly crispy. Topped with lots of chopped spring onion to add in that extra flavour to it and the presentation of the carrot cake look good and tempting as

Topped with lots of chopped spring onion to add in that extra flavour to it and the presentation of the carrot cake look good and tempting as well. Nice to eat and value for money.
