This is a restaurant that I love having my xiao long bao and la mian at, besides Din Tai Fung.I ordered the pan fried version of the xiao long bao. The outside skin is made of flour, like ordinary pao, but the fillings inside also contain the same type and amount of soup and juicy minced pork meat.I also ordered the Chinese pancake, turned out to taste like crumpled roti prata, something new and strange, but I like it. It was served in a basket.
