Dinner at Crystal Jade seldom goes wrong with its consistent food standard. The restaurant was offering dinner set meals with different selection of 2 mains. I went for the set meal of roast duck and scallop. I ordered another vegetable dish to balance the dinner with some greens.The roast duck was fat and pink. The Scallop was big, juicy and fresh. The vermicelli gave the dish a lift in texture and the sauce brought both the scallop and vermicelli together.
The Spinach with 3 eggs was not only delightful in taste but sight. The egg flower on top of the spinach was simply appetizing just looking at it.
