Just came back from a 2days semi-business related trip from Hong Kong together with hubby, didn’t get any chances to eat any dim sum during the short stay *sob*. Nevermind I also can find good dim sum in singapore. We went to Crystal Jade at Tampines Mall. Fatty and juicy siew mai, crispy beancurd skin wrapped springy seafood paste. Lotus rice is very fragrant and tasty , and the Ee Fu noodle was well cooked. Smooth texture, with the right amount of moisture, not too wet not too dry.
