Went to Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao for lunch with cousins. It wasn't really packed, maybe because we went there around 2plus, so it's too late for lunch. I love this dish but I kind of forgotten the name ):It's minced meat and popiah skin to do wraps on our own.
Meat is tasty and a tard salty but turns out great when wrapped in the popiah skin.
