With the hype of café around Tiong Bahru area, plain vanilla has also opened it second outlet around the area. Their cupcake is definitely worth trying, as it is moist and rich in flavor. Although it cost $3.50 each but with its quality it worth the amount and they have around 10 flavor to choose from, but my favorite is red velvet cupcake as it is sweet and rich in taste.
