Was at Bugis Junction for some GSS sale shopping and decided to visit Ajisen Ramen for dinner.There wasnt much crowd even though it was a weekend evening. We were seated almost immediately and got our food pretty fast.For myself, I ordered the Curry Pork Ramen set with Ebi Fry ala cart.The Ajisen standard was there as usual, springy and chewy ramen noodles. The soup was flavorful with hint of curry powder taste. Not too spicy but is a little too salty for my taste.The Ebi Fry was great, crispy w

The Ajisen standard was there as usual, springy and chewy ramen noodles. The soup was flavorful with hint of curry powder taste. Not too spicy but is a little too salty for my taste.
The Ebi Fry was great, crispy without being oily. Tastes great when dipped into the soup It was a satisfying meal, but would have been better if the soup base is not so salty.
