My Humble House located at the second floor of Esplanade Mall. Exclusive ambiance with great service. We were seated at the window-side table, and get the terrific view over Marina Bay. We started the meal with Foie gras with watermelon ($16), it's a mix affair. At one side, you get this rich flavour and heavy palate foie gras, and on the other side you'll get a light and refreshing watermelon bite. Very well done.

Tapas platter ($18) is a good try, where you get to sample a variety of dishes in one go. I love the prawn cake, fresh and crunchy prawn filled in the beancurd sheet before deep-fried. One set back about the platter would be the deep-fried lotus roots. They are not crispy as expected.

Oyster with champagne ($18) is vey nice, especially for oyster fans like us! There's a hint of champagne fragrant in the oysters that burst into your mouth, great after taste.

We also had the Braised lobster ($30). The lobster is very fresh, but I reckon the meat is slightly overcooked, causing the hardness in chewing. But the sauce is fantastic.

Another delightful dish is the Noodles with crabmeat ($14). The broth is rich in seafood flavour, savoury and simply delicious!

I love my Green tea seafood rice ($14) too. It's totally different style compared to the crabmeat noodles. This green tea rice is light, refreshing, though you could still taste the seafood flavour in the broth! It's a good dish to have before dessert time!

Orange chocolate souffles ($12) is a gold. The souffles is fluffy and light, very moist inside. I love the rich chocolate too. Simply satisfying!

Pumpkin creme brulee is quite unique. The sweetness of the pumpkin is not overwhelmed by the top layer of caramelized sugar. both are well-balanced and compliment each other. The presentation is gorgeous too! Love it!
