Tanjong rhu pau is the best pau around! The pau is super duper soft and delicious! Nowadays it's really hard to get a good pau in Singapore because many places serve factory made paus. That's why tanjong rhu really stands out with their handmade paus! The thin skin that is supple and soft encased the most delicious filling which has chunks of perfectly seasoned pork! The sauce is savory and sweet! This char siew pau is really a great mouthful! Though not cheap at about 70 cents per piece
