Dinner at Mayim Chinese Cuisine for me. I could not decide what to order so I settled for their signature Roasted Chicken Noodles Dry ($8.50). They also have the soup version but I prefer dry and it cost slightly more than the soup version. They have various types of noodles, Hong Kong Noodles and La Mian. The sauce they add to the noodles is really tasty, not too salty. The noodles is very fine, it is also very crunchy, means it is not overcooked. it is served together with a bowl of soup. the soup is very tasty, it makes the meal complete.
