I went with my wife to Ichiban Sushi for lunch last Saturday. It was quite crowded when we went even though it was already 1pm. However, most of the other sushis we got are quite up to standard. In particular, I will recommend "The Peak" sushi which was lobster salad sushi on rice. It is quite novel and we quite enjoyed the taste and presentation of the dish. We also ordered the salmon sashimi which costs $9.50. There are a total of 7 slices and each slice is fresh and sweet. I normally do not like raw food but I thought this was rather nice and something which I will not mind eating again.
