The stingray here at chomp chomp is really to die for. Love the sambal they use to coat the stingray. It is not too spicy and have a mild sweetness. It blends in really well with the sting ray. The sting ray they use are very fresh, you can taste the sweetness of the flesh. It is very smooth and almost melts in your mouth. Topped with lime, it adds a little something to the dish!
