I enjoyed this black glutinous rice dessert a lot. This is one of the better one that i tried. It was cooked to the right softness with a good consistence. The sweetness level was just nice. I would prefer it to be sweeter though. The coconut milk enhanced its taste very much. It tasted better with it added. When mixed it well, it was a near perfect black glutinous rice dessert.
