I had delightful dinner...In fact... all the dishes that we had ordered taste really delicious. especially their Signature Herbal Roasted Duck is HEAVENLY TASTY & HERBALLY GOOD...Fried Rice with Seafood XO Sauce. Angelica Herbs Roasted Duck : Being their main specialty - combination of Angelica (Tung Gui) and roasted duck. The duck meat is tender, juicy, the roasted skin is crispy & addictive. Indeed, A MUST TRY !!!
Mongolian Fried Spare Ribs : Cover all over with thick spicy black pepper sauce... The meat is tender, crunchy & juicy... Sauce is rather strong & spicy but still worth trying.
Hot-Boiled Winter Melon Soup with Pork Ribs taste rather normal... Nothing special...
Really worth my thumbs-up... cos their roasted duck is REALLY AWESOME....
