My hubby knowing I love dim sum, brought me to Yixing Xuan Teahouse for dim sum one day. Once you enter the place, it gives you the feel to have dim sum because the decorations and interior design are very oriental. We quickly placed our orders and we got those standard stuff like siew mai, yam cake, har gow. The har gow here is good. The prawns are large and fresh and the skin of the har gow is thin and soft. I also enjoyed the yam cake as it is very flavourful without being salty and I could taste the bits of yam within the yam cake. As for the siew mai, it is also quite nice as the prawn taste is more distinct and it is not to greasy. Overall, this is a good place to have dim sum with the nice ambience and above average food.
