have an early dinner with friends at din tai fung, and we were so enjoyed chit chatting there!The noodle there is handmade, very chewy and springy, and the texture is definitely better than machine made one. I prefer the mushroom gravy noodle, the dan dan noodle is less nice, and the spicy noodle is normal, not enough spicy. the spicy wanton is nice, spicy and sour, so it's very appetizing.
