Definitely when we mention Din Tai Fung, we will think of their Xiao Long Bao. Ordered a basket of it. The standard remains, It's soothing to have the soup oozing out of the piping hot bun and after that you enjoy the minced pork in the thin smooth skin.We also ordered Noodle with Minced Pork in Bean Sauce. We also ordered Noodle with Minced Pork in Bean Sauce. I liked the noodle. It was springy and nice. The Bean sauce was tasty and the pork was fresh.
Tasted the Beef Noodle Soup with noodle. Love the soup. It was flavourful and matched with the springy noodle. Taste was just so perfect.
Lastly we also ordered the pork chop fried rice. Felt that this dish was a little ordinary. Nothing too wow to shout about.
The only disappointment was with the service, they messed up by taking our order wrongly twice.
