At Din Tai Fung, I usually order their noodles with pork cutlet as I tend to prefer to have 'soupy' food to eat, but today I decided to give their friend rice with pork cutlet a try! It was very delicious; The fried rice was very tasty and well cooked, and the hint of egg was strong and the smell was wonderful. The pork cutlet was glazed and fried to a nice colour and crisp - Each bite was tasty and complimented the fried rice well.Of course, Din Tai Fung is famous for their Xiao long Bao so of
Of course, Din Tai Fung is famous for their Xiao long Bao so of course I had to order some to eat! Din Tai Fung's xiao long bao is basically a dumpling with a bit soup within and a portion of juicy pork! You don't really need to eat it with any soy sauce or vinegar as the xiao long bao is laready extremely appetizing by itself! Simply a must-eat whenever you're at Din Tai Fung!
