Ding Tai Fung is always a good place for Chinese Xiao Long Bao and dumplings. I will always order their popular Xiao Long Baos when I am there as well as their Egg fried rice and spicy wanton. The Xiao Long Baos are made fresh and you can view how the chefs and assistance are kneading the dumplings from the glass window. There have a whole lot more of dumplings and baos to order. I will always order the yam paste bun as well. One of my personal favourite as the yam is so fresh and nice.
