Chinese food became our first option with I was dining with family, not only the warming feeling but also the hearty dishes to gather us.It was considered high-class Chinese Restaurant for me. It was considered high-class Chinese Restaurant for me. Hidden in the corner at second level of Great World City, the business still quite good during peak dinner hour. Thus, reservation was a must to avoid time wasting to queue or any disappointment.
The portion was a bit horrifying, I never expect it was so huge. Beneath the crusty duck skin, there was a good balance of fat and lean meat. I am not the fan of duck actually, but still find it acceptable. Little of fatty layer, it was juicy and tender.
Too bad that my camera was out of battery, I failed to capture the Dim Sum there. We ordered Steamed Prawn Dumpling, which was $4.40 for 4. Well-done with fresh shrimp and a thin transparent layer outside, it was decent. The other one was Steamed Custard Buns, pretty good rendition with creamy gravy burst out. It priced at $3.60 for 3. Also the BBQ Pork Pastry, $3.30 for 3, Crunchy skin was served along with the yummy grilled sweet flavourful pork fillings. All of them were absolutely value-for-money. By now, I understand why the restaurant was always packed.
