Just had a dinner with friends today at Soup restaurant. Ordered their signature dish "Samsui" ginger chicken, daily boiled soup with spare ribs and winter melon and mince meat fried with "四季豆" The Samsui ginger chicken is very good especially the ginger paste. Texture of the chicken is very smooth and they provide unlimited servings for the lettuce that we use to wrap the chicken and ginger to be eaten together.

The Samsui ginger chicken is very good especially the ginger paste. Texture of the chicken is very smooth and they provide unlimited servings for the lettuce that we use to wrap the chicken and ginger to be eaten together.
