Friend came from Malaysia today so we went to Dian Xiao Er at vivocity branch for our dinner. Their signature duck dishes is a must try! My favourite would be roasted duck with "dang gui" herbs. As for vegetable, their Stir Fried Lotus Root with Macadamia Nut is recommended as well. Not just nice to look at but taste good too! It's a combination of Young Lotus Root, Sweet Beans, Celery, Gingko Nut, Macadamia Nut, Water Chestnut, Carrot. However it's a bit oily for me. So perhaps should ask for less oil next time!
