Most of the eateries are due to be opened by this weekend, I opted to for the beef bowl with miso soup and a drink for S$8.70.

The miso soup was bland with a few pieces of seaweed.

Instead of having more vegetables for the beef bowl, I chosed to have more beef slices. Surprisingly the rice was very soft and not fluffy. I could hardly see the sliced onions added to these beef slices.

If I did not ask for more marinade I don’t think I can finish this meal.

A semi cooked egg was added to the beef bowl. To make my dish more palatable I broke the yolk and spread it all over the rice for added flavour.

I had some uninvited guest at my table, there were four houseflies flying around and persistently refused to go away.

I doubt its “Happiness In A Bowl”.
