I randomly picked Ling Heng Roasted Duck since it was the first roasted delight stall I passed in the market and had a small queue, which I thought would be supposedly good.

I ordered the Char Siew and Roasted Duck rice which was pretty reasonable for serving size at $4. The gravy was not very thick and gave a light saltish sweet flavour to the rice. The Char Siew was sweet but was not very consistently charred as a part of it was not charred at all. That being said though, it was not too much of an issue. The roast duck was pretty tender and fragrant, but the shortfall was that the skin was not really that crispy. I loved the chili that was being served though; unlike the usual ones that other places serve, Ling Heng Roasted Duck serves the same sort of chili that is found normally with Hainanese Chicken Rice.
