Yesterday, I went to the Chicken Rice Stall at Koufu to eat their Duck Rice.
Price: $4.90
By default, the rice they serve for Duck Rice is plain white rice.The quality of the rice was good. It was not soft and wet. Not too dry. Tasted good when I ate it with the duck rice sauce.
The duck rice sauce was quite sweet and salty by the way. It was a very good combination with the roasted duck.
However, the roasted duck was not as crispy and fragrant as I expected it to be.
Nevertheless, the duck was cooked in a healthier way, since the meat was not so oily, dark (the colour of the meat was quite white), salty, and well-seasoned like most the 'delicious' ducks outside.
The chilly sauce was very well-prepared anyway! very appetizing!!
So, choose one. Live healthy. Or eat delicious ;)
