Decided to try the duck rice from this stall whereby long queue can be seen during lunch hours. Presentation wise is quite neat and can still be improved. Decided to try the duck rice from this stall whereby long queue can be seen during lunch hours. Presentation wise is quite neat and can still be improved. First of all, the duck meat is nicely sliced, has a soft and very tender texture and the skin is not too oily. Next the bean curd is well braised and has absorbed the flavours of the spices. As for the chili, the taste is quite fragrance, not too spicy and oily and goes quite well with the duck meat and rice. However, this plate of duck rice did not come with the soup.
