Looking at the menu, the mutton briyani. The mutton was very soft so it was easy to bite and it was fairly a huge side, but the portion of the rice wasn't as much as it used to be for briyani (IT IS HUGE RIGHT, LIKE COVERING THE ENTIRE HUGE PLATE) but in this case, it wasn't much.

It's given nicely on a banana leaf, adding points for service, laid on top of a tray. The curry and cream was given abundantly and vegetables was given at a scoop mount. Rice was very flavorful with the spice, a bit of pepperish side but it was good, I was perspiring when eating! But now, I do believe for $6 you used to get a hefty amount, now you get lesser.

Service was then on spot, as he served up on the table and brought our meal, because he did approach to us first. So that quite counts as a nice serving point in a hawker center!
