With the busy lifestyle that Singaporean have, it is rare to see people will wrap dumplings at home. I remember I used to help up my mum when I was little girl to prepare for the 'dumpling' festival. With the busy lifestyle that Singaporean have, it is rare to see people will wrap dumplings at home. I remember I used to help up my mum when I was little girl to prepare for the 'dumpling' festival. But now I am just ilke anyone who will make the purchase at nearby shop. This is one of the shop that sell dumplings all year through and they have been in this area for years.

Their dumpling standard are rather consistent, the rice is fragrance and soft. The fats and the meat proportion are just nice. Even if you were to leave it in the fridge for a week., the taste is still as nice.

In fact, I really misses those days which I can spend time with family to wrap dumpling. But with this kind of shops that sell nice dumpling, it really make me become 'lazy'.
