The butter sponge cake for the durian cake is soft and spongy, really blend in well with the thick portion of durian paste on it. The pancakes here is also quite moist in texture and is really specially with the cold durian paste place inside the piping hot pancakes which is only make upon your order. The durian mousse dessert is soft, thick and with that sliced bitterness and sweetness in it. Here is definitely a one stop station for durian fans like me to often visit to.
