Having high tea in the west area of Singapore. Spring onion pancake was crispy and aromatic, but it tastes a little plain and needed some dipping of sauces or condiments.Blended milk tea was really smooth and refreshing after eating the pancake. Blended milk tea was really smooth and refreshing after eating the pancake. The pearls are very chewy and the portion was well balanced between milk tea, pearls,and ice.
Sweetened Beancurd with Sweet Potato was a little disappointing as it wasn’t smooth nor silky as I would expect. Poor visual appeal gave me the impression that the beancurd and sweet potatoes were mishandled in a container before serving. Overall this dessert was saccharine.
