EAT is a chained stall and has been mushrooming in malls and MRT stations eateries over these few years. I was mislead by the scene where there was no queue and agreed to my friend's suggestion of having our lunch in EAT. To my horror, there was actually a long line of orders lined up on the ledge waiting for preparations. Self service were not required for fried items and they would serve right to your table. Cost: S$1.00 (Dou Zhi), S$1.60 (Ngoh Hiong) It took about 15 minutes before our lunch was served. Service was slow. Minced Pork Noodle's standard was so-so and nothing special to me. My friend had ordered the same thing but hers came with an additional fishball. How lucky!
Cost: S$4.30 This was our total spending. Overall, if you want to avoid the noisy and messy food court environment, EAT is a good alternative to dine in especially in Jurong Point.
