Today felt like a non beef day.Although this was probably the most ironic things since I was at an Astons outlet specializing in steaks, I decided not to order a steak option.But instead made an order for chicken.Chicken provencale.With a baked potato and mash. Lots of carbo guys. The chicken was grilled skin on and that kept the fillet juicy and moist.A little on the salty side but the taste of the provencal herbs were evident.
