So this is where my foster uncle always eats at. He's such a regular, the restaurant managers are glad to see him and the wait staff give him shy smiles of recognition.Just a few simple dishes. It's been a while since we've sat down for dinner together.I didnt take shark's fin but it seemed the broth was good.The cod was steamed and drizzled with soy sauce. It was fresh and satisfactorily so. The lotus root was also crunchy to taste and of course, we ordered those flowy molten salted eggyolk bun
