We happen to be in Chinatown area during lunch time. Hubby suggested trying the famous Soya sauce chicken rice. There was a snaky queue at the stall. After 30mins of waiting in the line, hubby bought half a chicken $7 to share with me.The soya sauce chicken was very meaty and well marinated in HK style soya sauce. Meat was very tender and skin was smooth and springy...quite nice. There's also quite generous serving of soya beans in the sauce. Worth coming back if the queue is not too long.
