Ok.... I don't think they called it egg benedict but i can't find seems to even find it on the online menu! Haha.Anyway back to this egg benedict. Looks wise, it's not the usual ones we get to see. In fact, I was trying to look out for the poached eggs cause it was covered by the sauce. Haha! Underneath it is a nice creamy layer of mashed potatoes. Omg! Really nice and smooth.... Poached eggs seems a bit too runny but still acceptable.Cocotte did a pretty good job with their version of egg bene
